When it fits

BOT is the model for organisations that want a new internal capability without building it from scratch:

The three phases

1. Build — RITS recruits, onboards, and sets up processes. You approve key hires and the operating model.
2. Operate — RITS manages the operation day-to-day. You collaborate on strategy and watch the capability mature.
3. Transfer — management and ownership shift to you gradually, with a retention plan for key experts.
