Integrated Quality and Information Security Policy
The overriding goal of our organisation is to deliver services and products of the highest quality standard while guaranteeing the confidentiality, integrity and availability of every information asset we process. We work to build long-term trust with clients and business partners, safeguarding the data entrusted to us and protecting our own know-how.
We pursue this strategy through an Integrated Management System meeting the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, by means of:
- Client and quality focus: identifying and continuously meeting client expectations, raising the standard of the services we provide and monitoring client satisfaction;
- Risk management: systematic identification, assessment and mitigation of operational and business risks as well as information security risks and cyber threats;
- Compliance: strict adherence to the law, technical norms, industry standards and contractual obligations;
- People and awareness: continuous development of the team's qualifications and building a culture of cybersecurity and quality awareness among employees and associates;
- Technical and physical security: maintaining a high level of protection for IT systems and network infrastructure, and physical protection of assets and processed information;
- Supply chain oversight: precise definition of quality and information security requirements in relations with subcontractors and trading partners;
- Clear roles and responsibilities: providing adequate resources, authority and accountability for each process and security measure;
- Continual improvement: regular audits, management reviews and ongoing improvement of processes and implemented safeguards.
This Policy provides the framework for setting and reviewing quality and information security objectives each year.
The Management Board declares its full commitment to maintaining, developing and continually improving the Management Systems, and to providing the resources they require. We require all employees and associates of the organisation to actively apply and observe the adopted principles.
