What certification actually changes for you
ISO 9001 is a management system standard, not a one-off audit. It means the way we take in a requirement, verify candidates, run the process and respond to feedback is documented, applied and checked by an external body - rather than depending on whoever happens to run your project.
The standard also obliges us to measure client satisfaction and act on the result. That is why we ask clients to rate the cooperation on a regular basis and treat the answers as input to improving the process, not as a survey filed away.
We answer questions about the scope of the certificate and the applicability of the management system requirements directly. The validity of the certificate can be confirmed with Bureau Veritas Polska on +48 22 549 04 00.
The principles the system rests on are set out in our Top Management Declaration, shared across quality and information security. The second pillar of the system is covered by the ISO/IEC 27001 certificate.
