The problem

Why partners come to us

The pattern repeats across markets and company sizes.

Demand you cannot serve

A client asks for ten engineers on a stack you do not staff. Saying no costs you the account, not just the project.

A bench is a fixed cost

Hiring ahead of contracts ties up capital. Hiring after signing means the client waits, and waiting clients look elsewhere.

Delivery risk lands on you

Subcontracting to whoever is available puts your name on someone else's quality standard.

Our bench, your client relationship

You stay the party your client knows and trusts. We provide the specialists, the delivery model and the security framework behind them.

  • Three delivery models - Team augmentation, custom software and managed services - each with an optional AI layer.
  • Verified specialists - Skills checked before anyone starts, across 20+ technologies and 12 industries.
  • Certified way of working - ISO/IEC 27001:2022 covering exactly the process of placing our people with clients.
  • Commercial terms - Scope, pricing and exclusivity are agreed per partnership, not taken from a price list.

Models

Three ways to partner

Pick the one that matches how much of the relationship you want to keep.

Referral partner

You introduce the client, we contract and deliver. The lightest form - no delivery obligation on your side.

White-label partner

You contract the client under your own brand and we deliver behind it. Your name stays on the engagement.

Delivery partner

You run the project and we supply the specialists for the parts you do not staff. Your project management, our people.

How it works

From first call to first engagement

Four steps - no partnership fee to find out whether it fits.

  1. Step 1

    Introductory call

    30 minutes

We map your market, the demand you are turning down today and the technologies your clients ask for.

    • Which roles and stacks you need
    • Which markets and languages you sell in
  2. Step 2

    Model and terms

We choose the partnership model and agree the commercial and legal frame - who contracts the client, who invoices, how we handle confidentiality.

    • Referral, white-label or delivery partnership
    • Confidentiality and data processing agreed up front
  3. Step 3

    Pilot engagement

We start with one real assignment rather than a framework nobody uses. You see how we brief, shortlist and hand over people.

    • One assignment, measured end to end
    • Named contact on our side from day one
  4. Step 4

    Scale what worked

With the first engagement delivered, we extend to more roles, more technologies or a standing capacity arrangement.

    • More roles across the same client
    • Repeatable process for further clients

What you sell

A bench you can put in front of a client

Everything we deliver to our own clients is available to yours: individual specialists, whole teams, turnkey software or a system we run under an SLA. The AI layer that speeds up repetitive delivery work comes with it.

You are not reselling a licence - you are offering delivery capability, backed by a certified management system.

FAQ

Questions before the first call

Can we sell under our own brand?

Yes - that is the white-label model. You contract the client, we stay behind the scenes, and our specialists work to your client's process.

Who signs the contract with the end client?

It depends on the model. In a referral partnership we contract the client directly; in white-label and delivery partnerships you do, and we contract with you.

Which markets do you work in?

We deliver from Poland to clients across Europe and the United States, where RITS US Corp. operates. If you sell in a market we have not worked in yet, say so on the first call - language coverage and time zones are part of the fit check.

How do you handle confidentiality and client data?

Confidentiality and data processing terms are agreed before the first engagement. Our information security management system is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 by Bureau Veritas, and the certificate covers exactly the process of placing specialists with clients.

Is there a partnership fee or a minimum volume?

Nothing to find out whether it fits. Commercial terms, including any volume commitments, are agreed per partnership rather than taken from a standard price list.
